How to clean your room–
Step 1) Gather all dirty clothes in one pile. Then pick it out and put it to wash.
Step 2) Gather all shoes together and put them in a pile. Then put them up.
Step 3) Get all your blankets and pillow cases together and put them to wash.
Step 4) Make your bed.
Step 5) Get all clean clothes together, and put it up wherever it belongs.
Step 6) Get a trash bag and pick up all of the trash.
How to organize your closet–
Step 1) Empty out your closet
Step 2) Hang your clothes color coordinated or by category. For example, jackets, silk, fancy, etc.
Step 3) You can fold your denim jeans or T-shirts and stack them on the shelves, or if you prefer to hang them, you can do that as well.
Step 4) Organize all your shoes. You can put the ones that you don’t use as often at the back and the most used in the front.
Step 5) If you don’t have much space, you can always get rid of the clothes/shoes that you don’t use anymore and donate it.
How to clean white shoes–
Step 1) Get one tablespoon of white vinegar, baking soda, and hot water and mix together.
Step 2) Soak your shoes in warm water.
Step 3) Get a old toothbrush or cloth and scrub the paste to the dirty areas of the white shoes.
Step 4) Clean off the remaining dry paste and let shoe air dry.
How to make a first aid kit– Just in case of an emergency be prepared at home.

- Hydrogen Peroxide
- Gloves
- Over the Counter Medication
- Tweezers
- Alcohol Wipes
How to eat healthy- Helpful foods to eat and foods to not eat.
- Stop drinking sugary drinks.
- Stop eating fried foods and eat grilled food instead.
- Eat fruit and vegetables.
- Drink more water.
- Stop eating salt, reduced fat foods, and sugar.
- Take the regular portions of food each day which is breakfast, lunch, a snack, and dinner. (Make sure it’s healthy food though.)
- Healthy snacks to take: mixed variety of nuts, apple slices with peanut butter, dark chocolate and almonds, kale chips etc…
- Always make sure you eat a healthy breakfast to start a a good and energized day.
How to study for a test/quiz
First thing you can do is clean your working area so you can feel comfortable. Go through old test or quizes to remember old things that might come up. Take regular breaks. Take a snack to regain energy. Also, take plenty of water to help your brain work it’s very best during the test. You can also plan a study group with friends, but most importantly STUDY at school, or home!
